If you pay by credit card, you must provide your current, full and accurate billing information. We collect this information to verify that your payment method is valid and to avoid fraudulent use of your account. You authorize us and all merchants or service providers we work with to continue using this number for as long as it takes for us to update our records during the term of your Premium membership (including renewals). While on LinkedIn, you may be offered an upgrade or downgrade in plan level or additional features for additional fees. If you want to do so, go through the upgrade/downgrade process via Upgrade/Downgrade buttons at any time before your next renewal date with no extra charge until then. Otherwise, your account will be automatically renewed at the same or new plan level and fees based on your original sign-up.
You agree to recurring charges until you cancel the service, which is subject to change from time to time upon notice to you. If your membership is terminated by us due to nonpayment, unauthorized payment method, fraud or other voluntary action on your part, any fees paid are not refunded and LinkedIn has no obligation to provide a pro-rated credit for any unused portion of the term. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe there have been excessive cancellations under this policy; please see Section 4 below regarding your obligations relating to abusive cancellation behavior. If you cancel, we’ll try hard to remove your profile from public view as soon as possible. Please note that information posted on LinkedIn may take a considerable period of time (months, in fact) given our business needs and nature of this service. Regardless of whether or not you’ve cancelled your account or have requested it be removed from public display, please remember that all User Submissions are subject to Section 6 below (Termination).
After terminating LinkedIn Premium, you’ll return to a Basic account and retain your profile, connections, and other data. You will lose all Premium features at the end of your billing cycle but may continue with a Basic (free) account after purchase.
There’s not currently a LinkedIn app for mobile devices like iPhone or Android smartphones. You can only cancel your premium subscriptions from a web browser.
