Disney+ is getting ready to launch and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is the hottest series among all the available TV content for beta testers. The anticipated streaming service from Disney is set to be one of the biggest additions to 2019 with a massive collection of properties to enjoy, from blockbusters and classics to new original programming and franchises. The platform is set to utilize properties like Star Wars, Marvel Studios, and more starting on November 12. Leading up to the release, beta users have gotten to explore Disney+ as they continue to build buzz for the ambitious service.

Disney has been steadily revealing new programs consumers will be able to look forward to, from The Mandalorian and High School Musical: The Musical to the wide range of Marvel Cinematic Universe shows in the works. As the service gets going, more content will become available and announced in the coming months. Currently, an approximate 7500 hours of TV episodes as well as over 500 movies will be available for consumers’ enjoyment. Beta testers have been taking their time to enjoy the vast variety of products on hand and studies have now been released on what is being viewed the most.

According to Variety, a new SimilarWeb study has revealed that out of all the TV shows available for beta users, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is the most popular one. The report stated the top 10 properties which were being viewed the most consisted of six shows and four films. When it came to the TV line-up available, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Star Wars: The Clone Wars were the clear winners. With Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7 set to return on the new Disney+ service, it’s no surprise beta users are checking it out so much.

SimilarWeb’s study revealed Marvel also stood out as the winner out of the available films in the top 10 properties with Avengers: Infinity War. For Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., it could signal as potentially good news for the show’s upcoming final season. New viewers will have more than half a year to check out the show for the first time, which could be beneficial for ABC when the final season arrives next year with chances at a potentially increased viewership. The Clark Gregg-led drama was the first series to launch Marvel TV when the brand was officially getting into developing properties for the small screen.

While several shows have been produced under Jeph Loeb’s leadership, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is the series which lasted the longest. Season 7 will premiere sometime in summer 2020 for a 13 episodes-run which will conclude the S.H.I.E.L.D. adventures on ABC. A lot of story details for the final season of the spy-drama is being kept under wraps, and with the exception of another time travel plot being teased viewers will have to wait to find out just how Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will end.
